High Noon

High Noon is a free-to-play, online game, available on the iPhone and through Facebook developed by Happylatte Games in Beijing.

I was asked to consult on High Noon during the final stages of the project in April of 2010 through my consultancy, Argine Consulting. I worked with them on the general game design, creating a content roadmap, setting the item pricing, UI flow, while keeping the goal of our near launch date in site.

Some of the games more notable achievements include:
• Achieved the top 10 grossing iPhone game of 2010 in over 60+ countries according to Apple Rewind 2010.
• Top 10 iTunes game in 50+ countries.
• Top 100 iTunes game in 80+ countries.
• Over 12,000+ 5-star reviews in the iTunes store.

Warrior Epic

Warrior Epic is a free-to-play online action RPG, in which players assume command of a wide variety of Warriors through solo, PvP, and multiplayer dungeon raiding adventures. It is a micro-transaction based game, meaning there is no charge to download and no monthly fee required to play.

Warrior Epic was developed by Possibility Space and released globally in 2009. Publishers included France Telecom, Gamania, and True Games Interactive.

Warrior Epic was developed in Beijing, China with a studio with a mostly local Chinese development team. I was the Producer on the project managing in-house development schedules and coordinating with third party contractors and publishers around the world.

I worked for Boonty Games in 2006 and 2007 while they were building the initial version of the site. The entered China through acquiring Beijing based GameHub to leverage China as a development base. I managed development of the casual games on the site, creating both original concepts and using world class IP from media partners.
